Management Committee
The Management Committee coordinates FFI CRC operations and advises the CEO on management decisions. Currently, the Committee is completing Program development, coordinating the continuation and start-up of 2008-09 projects, and preparing the Adoption and Commericalisation strategy.
The Management Committee meets monthly by teleconference. Further information about the Management Committee is available from Sarah Colombera, Executive Assistant.
Project Evaluation Committee
The Project Evaluation Committee (PEC) considers all project proposals and undertakes project reviews, reporting to the CEO before recommendations are made to the Board for approval. The PEC assesses all projects for science quality, internal methodology, incorporation of "path to adoption" activities, and integration across Programs.
The PEC comprises the senior executive, Program Leaders, and researchers with special expertise. It meets twice yearly to advise the CEO and Board prior to Participants meetings, and at other times by teleconference as required.
